Their “biscuit slingers” specialize in homemade biscuits and biscuit sandwiches!

Choose one item from the menu below. Pick up the color ticket that corresponds with your desired biscuit at the swipe-in station, and present your ticket to The Roaming Biscuit station to receive your chosen specialty item.

The OG Sammie – BLUE TICKET
Bacon, Egg, and Cheese (choice of pimento or colby jack cheese)

The Brisket Sammie – RED TICKET
Brisket, Egg, and Cheese (choice of pimento or colby jack cheese)

The Humble – YELLOW TICKET
The buttery, plain biscuit (butter, honey, jam, pimento cheese or colby jack cheese)

The Cinny – YELLOW TICKET
Cinnamon biscuit topped with icing

There is a limit of one sandwich or one biscuit per student, per pop-up event.
