Look out for some unexpected plant-based items! Food Recovery Network will be helping guests learn about food waste.

February 18: Fribley – Office for Sustainability students will be there about the ecological footprint of dairy and awesome alternatives.

February 25: Leutner – Slow Food representatives will be assisting to let guests know about their initiatives.
