Caribbean Summer Barbecue on the Quad

Join us for a Caribbean themed summer barbecue on the Quad with musical guest Maura Rogers and the Bellows!
Each meal will be $8.50 for one protein and includes sides, iced tea or lemonade, ice water, and ice cream. An extra protein can be purchased for $3.50. Ice cream only will be $2 and bottled water or a can of soda can be purchased for $1.50.
The menu includes:
- Salads
mixed greens salad, citrus vinaigrette
coconut fruit salad - Hot Dishes
roasted sweet potatoes
banana curry rice - On The Grill
jerk chicken thighs
mojo pulled pork sandwich
grilled black-bean chipotle burger - Condiment Station
spiced chili slaw, leaf lettuce, assorted sliced cheese, tomatoes, red onion, mango aioli, guava barbeque sauce - Dessert
assorted ice cream novelties
The barbecue location will be in front of Tomlinson Hall on the main Case Quad with a rain site location of inside Tomlinson Marketplace.
