We’re flipping the switch for Earth Day!

This Earth Day, we are flipping the switch to plants to lower our individual and collective carbon footprint! Keep an eye out for our Flip the Switch cards and Earth Day menus as you walk through our cafés to enjoy  plant-forward dishes! As you move around from café to café on campus, be sure to use a carbon emissions tracking card to see the impact you can make in just one day by choosing a plant-based diet.
