Join us at Leutner Commons for a vegetable steak showdown as we show you how to personalize your plants through this food fight! Our chefs will be featuring three different vegetable steaks, as well as sides, and side sauces for you to choose your favorite. Brave the cold between 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., or while supplies last to cast your vote for the winner!

This collaboration food fight and food for your well-being event is aimed to demonstrate unique ways to prepare vegetables, like having a vegetable steak or noodle, no one-size-fits-all cooking in our kitchens!
