Fribley will be serving spicy chicken sandwich with pickle chips and country slaw, and featuring a nacho bar with toppings including cheese sauce, pickled jalapeno, pickled onions, black beans, tomato, scallion, tomato, salsa verde and salsa rojo. Leutner will be serving crispy buttermilk fried buffalo chicken with bleu cheese dipping sauce, crisp coleslaw, and chef tom’s crispy Cajun jo jo’s. Leutner will also feature tailgate classics at the fresh table station including, ranch, fresh vegetable crudite, queso dip, French onion dip, baba ghanoush, roasted garlic hummus, grilled breads and pita, assorted chips.
